Junior high school student Mana spends her summer vacation at home with her mother. Without any vacation plans she spends her days moping around the house, but one sunny afternoon she decides to get dressed and head out for a long walk, and her outlook on life begins to change. Winner of the Best Film prize at the 13th annual Mito Short Film Festival That’s All is a quiet, meditative look at adolescence.

Director’s Bio
Born in Tokyo in 1985 Hiroshi Iwanaga studied film and cinematography at the Japan Academy of Moving Images. His first short film, 2008′s Gentsu (Phantom Pain), was screened at the 30th annual Pia Film Festival. Besides his short film work Iwanaga directs music videos, TV commercials and acts as a cinematographer on a number of productions including indie director Kenji Murakami’s experimental 2009 film Love Doll: Wanna Hold You!
